Beware of Fraudulent Phone Calls that appear to be from MembersFirst.
We have received several reports that our members and those of other financial institutions are receiving fraudulent "spoofing" phone calls. These scam artists claim to be calling from the Fraud Department at MembersFirst. The caller claims there are specific fraudulent transactions on the member's account and asks to verify the last 8 digits of the card, the PIN and CVV number. These calls are not initiated by MembersFirst and no information should be given to these callers. PLEASE REMEMBER: MembersFirst will never call, text or email you to ask for any of this information or your checking or savings account number or passwords.
