Who is Eddie Fincher?

(West Georgia)  Eddie Fincher brings over 40 years of combined training and work experience in education, leadership development, strategic planning, human resources soft skills, employee engagement, and personal/professional growth and development. His diverse background includes roles as a classroom teacher, athletic coach, high school principal, Head of School, and executive leadership coach.

His professional journey has seen him teach and coach in Cobb County Schools, serve as Principal and Executive Director of High School Operations in Paulding County School District and take on the role of Interim Principal in Douglas County School District.

As a community leader, Eddie founded and implemented several organizations that benefit high school students. These include Men & Women of Distinction at Osborne High School and Hiram High School and student stakeholder groups such as V.O.I.C.E., I.M.P.A.C.T., S.W.A.T., and F.C.A. He is committed to empowering young people and is actively involved in organizations that serve the community and enhance leadership. Eddie also serves as an Executive Coach with the Georgia Association of Educational Leaders (GAEL).

Eddie, married to Julie with two children, joined the Business Development team at MembersFirst in 2024 to continue serving the employees of the Paulding and Douglas County school districts. Consistent with his philosophy of servant-leadership, Eddie looks forward to making a difference in the lives of the members he serves and guiding them as they chart their path to financial wellness.
