Online Data Safety

Online Services Agreement:

This Agreement between you and MembersFirst Credit Union (herein sometimes the “Credit Union”, “we” or “us”) governs the use of Online Banking services (herein “Online Banking”). These services permit MembersFirst Credit Union members (herein sometimes “you”, “I” or “members”) to perform a number of banking functions on accounts linked to the service through the use of a personal computer. Your use of Online Banking services may also be affected by the agreements between you and the Credit Union for your linked accounts. When you link an account to Online Banking services you do not change the agreements that you have with us for that account. Please read the below disclosure as it contains the terms and conditions that apply to the use of MembersFirst Credit Union’s Online Banking Service.

Account Closure and Removing Online Banking Access

We understand that circumstances may lead you to decide to close your account or delete your account access at MembersFirst Credit Union and we want to assist you with this process.

This process cannot be completed through MembersFirst Online Banking or the MembersFirst Credit Union Mobile App.

To Close Your Account

To close your account, please contact us at 404 978-0080 or 912 352-2902.  For faster service, please have your account information available when you call.

To request to close your account at MembersFirst Credit Union, you must contact us at:

Visit one of the MembersFirst Credit Union branches near you, or

Submit a notarized letter requesting that your account be closed. Please mail the letter to:

Terminating Online Access

If you would like to terminate your online access or remove your online access to an eligible account that you are a joint owner at MembersFirst Credit Union, you must contact us.  This process cannot be completed through MembersFirst Online Banking or the MembersFirst Mobile App.  For faster service, please have your account information available when you call.
