Effective August 16, 2024, you will no longer log in to EZCard to view your credit card activity or make payments.

Beginning August 19, log in to MembersFirst Online Banking or the Mobile App to make Visa® Credit Card payments, view statements, transaction history and ScoreCard® Rewards (coming soon).  Learn More

Managing your MembersFirst Visa Credit Card is getting easier.

Making A Visa Payment August 16 or Later

You will be able to easily transfer your payment from your MembersFirst account or set up an external transfer from another financial institution in online banking or the mobile app.

Payments scheduled in EZCard after August 15 will not be processed.  You will need to update your payment method.

Viewing Your Statement

To access your statement, select Statements and Documents using the menu in MembersFirst online banking or the mobile app.

Will I have access to past statements?

No, as previously communicated, past statements are no longer available as of August 15.  New statements are within MFCU online and mobile banking under “Statements and Documents”.

Can I still use Bill Pay to make a payment?

Yes. Please update the payment address to:

Where can I learn more about this change?

Communication was sent via U.S. Mail to the address on file for your credit card.  You can view a copy of this letter to learn how you will access your card, statement, transaction history and how to make payments by clicking here.

Can I still use EZCard to make payments?

No, ezcardinfo.com is no longer available.  Access to your MembersFirst Visa now appears in your account(s) list through MembersFirst online and mobile banking.
